Ingredients
2 Roma tomatoes, diced or 2/3 cup chopped canned tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup red or green peppers
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about one lime)
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
dash hot sauce (optional)

Directions

1. Place tomatoes, onions, jalapeƱo, peppers, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and hot sauce.

2. Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
